having just binged on a mincemeat pastry puff (yum but unfortunately about 200kcals!)
todays food so far
breakfast: 200kcal of banana + oatmeal
lunch: <240kcal of sandwich with ham, tomato, butter and lettuce
snacks: 1 small apple, ~55kcal, 2 slices of ryvita + peach conserve, <100kcal, and 200kcal mincemeat pastry puff boohoo. destroyed by diet
